DuraTherm® is a specially-designed Imprinted Asphalt Decorative Pavement Marking made from preformed thermoplastic material that is set into the pavement surface using StreetHeat® asphalt reheating technology

Fast Installation:

Installations for DuraTherm® pavement marking are performed by Certified Applicators who are trained for this specific technology. Crosswalks can be ready for traffic in as little as 90 minutes per lane.

High Skid/Slip Resistant:

Anti-skid materials are added at time of manufacturing for a more consistent, controlled application.

Accessibility:

DuraTherm® is inlaid to be flush with the asphalt realizing a ‘vibration free’ pavement surface and is friendly to mobility restricted individuals.

Maintenance:

Virtually maintenance free, but it is also easy to repair sections of material quickly and with minimal traffic disruption. Remove the damaged section, replace with new material, and heat in place.

Manufacturing Control:

All DuraTherm® preformed thermoplastic materials are made at Ennis Flint’s manufacturing facility which is ISO 9001:2008 certified for design, development and manufacturing. HUB Surface Systems represents DuraTherm in Canada and monitors a network of Certified Applicators so you can be confident that your design intentions will translate to fully-met expectations on the job site.
